To return or exchange an item please contact us and let us know your reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
For return shipping costs, if you are exchanging or refunding a purchase because of its size, colour or just an unwanted item then the shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
If your return is because the product purchased was faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will refund you the shipping costs via your nominated credit card.
Any items that are in their original saleable condition that have not been worn, washed or used in anyway and still have tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.
Items must be returned 14 days from delivery. No items received beyond 14 days from delivery will be accepted.
Returned items must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Jessica Martino takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of identity.
Please note that all returns, exchanges and refunds will be at the discretion of Jessica Martino and then deemed if a refund or exchange is possible.
