Raised in Western Australia, emerging designer, Jessica Martino, comes from a long line of dressmakers, exposing her to sewing, pattern making and design from a young age. It is from here that her passion for design and creation began. At the early age of eight, Jessica completed a school assignment on the late Gianni Versace. Her admiration towards him gave her the aspiration to pursue a career in fashion.
After studying Fashion and Textile Design for 3 years, many hours of work experience and being a finalist in the 2005 WA Design Awards in the ready to wear category for Perth Fashion Festival, Jessica made the leap from student to real life fashion designer. She established her self titled label in 2009 with designs based on quality and style. Her pieces are versatile with a simple design edge that encourages you to be creative and confident with your personal style.
